Every once in awhile a new recipe is tried and the family often responds with "mom..it's a keeper" meaning add this one to the family recipe book. Hoshimotos Protocol

Immune Calm 5-5x a day - calms immune system and strengthens it.
BFC - massage oil in throat and take orally with glandular take 2 3x a day

No soy or white flour, best to eat nothing but fresh fruits and veggies, grains, sprouts,

make glandular tea and soak rag in tea apply to throat, wrap with plastic.  do hot and cold ice packs to thyroid gland for about 1 hour each alternating.
