Every once in awhile a new recipe is tried and the family often responds with "mom..it's a keeper" meaning add this one to the family recipe book. DIY soy free soy sauce

1 c. veg broth
1 T. balsamic
2 t. molasses
1 t. sea salt
pinch garlic
pinch ginger
combine in sauce pan and bring to a boil over med high heat.  reduce to med.  lightly boil for 5 min.  allow to cool and store in container up to 1 week.
